Hatu Peak Temple

Hatu Peak is one of the highest points in Narkanda and offers wondrous views of the snow cracked mountains. Hatu Peak is close to Narkanda (7km) and trekking the steep mountain slopes is the only way to reach the peak.

The peak has many attractions that tourists should not miss. Hatu temple, a small pond and a PWD guest house are a few places where travelers can stop to catch their breath and unwind for a few minutes.

The slopes of Dhumari and Jau Bagh ( a meadow) are a few attractions one can see en route to the peak--
